WORKSHOP - RUN BETTER
Run towards your goals without getting injured
Running is becoming increasingly popular in our country.
Did you know that in proportion to our population, Switzerland probably holds the world record for participation in running races?
At BEAT FITNESS, our goal is to help you achieve your goals.
We meet our new or existing clients during free consultations and goal review, because we attach great importance to your health and well-being, and want to get to know you so that we can help you better.
This is how we know that many of you are interested in running or are already running as part as your training, as shown by the success of the RUN CLUB, for example.
It's to help you get started with running and/or run better that we set up this workshop.
