From Monday 3rd June and until Monday 22nd July you can discover the RUN CLUB experience with our TRY RUN CLUB classes

Meet the CLUB every Monday at the studio at 18:10 and let's run together.

WHAT IS IT ?

The TRY RUN CLUB classes are here to give you a glimpse -or a warm up- into the RUN club that will start on Monday 29.5
These outdoor only classes are open to all levels and aim at helping you start running and or run better. Whether you have a specific goal or not you can join the TRY RUN CLUB an ease into it.

WHAT'S IN IT?

Running ! But not just that 

Expect some :

  • Zone 2 run (aka Blabla RUN, comfortable pace when you can talk)
  • Learn some running techniques and running drills
  • Work on intervals

On top of this, be ready to meet new people and have a good time outside - Rain or Shine !

HOW DO I JOIN ?

Unlike the RUN CLUB which requires a subscription and a 12-week commitment, the TRY RUN CLUB classes are accessible with your usual credit or with a TRY RUN CLUB credit below or on the BUY Page.

To access the Try run club classes you need to book your spot as for every other class in the studio. 

Meet at the studio 5 minutes before 19:10 and then head together to the park de Milan for the class. It’s easy and it’s your chance to add some proper cardio workout into your routine, get some vitamine D and make new friends.
