FAQ

  • Q: What do I need to wear?

    A: Wear workout clothes you're comfortable in and clean sport shoes

  • Q: What do I need to bring?

    A: If you have your own boxing straps bring them! If you don't have any, we have some on sale for CHF 10.-. We will lend you boxing gloves.

  • Q: What if I've never done BOXE?

    A: No worries! Our BOXE classes are open to all levels. Make sure you come 15 minutes early for a mandatory safety induction.

  • Q: What should I expect?

    A: A mix of boxing sequences, body-weight exercises and cardio
