Q: What should I expect?
A: Expect high intensity training designed to get you ready for the competition or simply enhance your fitness. You will work on every athletic qualities : endurance, strength, power... You will be strong foundational functional skills built around the HYROX competition format.

Q: What do I need to wear?
A: Wear workout clothes you're comfortable in. Always have running shoes and some layers to be able to run outside as some training might include running.

Q: How can I sign in ?
A: You can book sessions using your usual credits (pay-as-you-go or membership). For more commitment and accountability (and a tee-shirt), and if you are doing HYROX ST GALLEN competition, our HYROX Pack+ will give you access to 8 HYROX sessions during the week + 2 sessions of 90 minutes on Saturdays, December 7, 2024, and January 17, 2025

Q: What if I've never done HYROX?
A: No worries, our HYROX classes are open to everyone. Our coaches will give you the modifications and personalized guidance to ensure everyone feels comfortable and challenged.

Q: Can I sign Up for the classes even though I am not doing the competition ?
A: Of course. HYROX class will give you a mix of all athletic qualities (strength, speed, endurance...) and a group of like minded people on top ! Just join and you'll see !
