Accessible to all, STRENGTH is based on a progressive method. Our sessions combine exercises with external weights (kettlebells, dumbbells) and bodyweight, targeting all the muscle groups for a complete and balanced workout, all in a friendly atmosphere.

Q: Why Join STRENGTH ?

Q: Is it for anyone ?
A: Yes, all exercises and equipment are adaptable and we offer a range of progression so you can start easy and still work hard.

Q: I am a new mum, can I do it ?
A: YES you can do it. If you have a medical clearance, just speak to your coach before the class so they can help you adapt your workout. If you are afraid, think about the weight of your baby and all the stuff (and kids) you carry around all the time… it’s more than just bodyweight exercise or 1kg dumbbell right ? Just START you can do it !

Q: Will this make me bulky ?
A: Nope unless you have a specific diet, lift super heavy like more than your body weight and come to that class 6 times per week !
However, if you want a healthy body and to see some muscle definition that’s definitely THE class you want make space for in your routine

“ I started strength classes more regularly about 3 months ago. I go at least once a week in addition to the other classes I do at the Beat. I love this class because I can easily see my progress with the increased weights I lift for each exercise. I started off with very light weights because I was a bit apprehensive and now I'm lifting much heavier weights (I've managed to double the weight for some exercises). It's really satisfying and it's also thanks to a safe and healthy environment with coaches who accompany and advise us to challenge us.
